Detailed Description of Good and / or Services

Hemporium cc is a business in the manufacturing and retail industry that markets products made from industrial hemp.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email. Hemporium cc will courier the item/s to the specified address in South Africa at a cost of R80. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.

Regarding international deliveries: The customer is responsible for the cost of freight and any customs duties that their country of destination might enforce upon them.


Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Hemporium cc is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Hemporium cc will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a R10 administration fee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with part or all of your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a voucher or exchange within 10 days of receipt.

Please note that you need to inform us of your intention to return the product and send us the tracking number for pre-paid postage.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns without a tracking number or if they have been customer worn or damaged.

Colours of the products may vary slightly from the photographic representations on the site.

It is with regret that due to customs restrictions and duties there is not a returns policy on international orders.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card credit cards or by bank transfer into the Hemporium cc bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Hemporium cc by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Hemporium cc separately from card details which are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site.  For more detail on ShopDirect refer to www.shopdirect.co.za .

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility
Hemporium cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile
